Terms and Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by One Thai Solution Massage, located at 1073 Budapest, Kertész utca 42–44, em.1, 2, Hungary.
By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

We offer traditional Thai massage and wellness treatments.
Our services are designed for relaxation, balance, and well-being, and do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
Clients with health concerns should consult a medical professional before booking a massage.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked in person, by phone, WhatsApp, or online.

• Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your appointment.

• If you are late, your session time may be shortened accordingly.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

• In case of a no-show without notice, the full amount may be charged.

4. Prices and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and include applicable taxes.

• Payment is accepted in cash or bank transfer, and in some cases by card or online methods.

• Gift vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of issue and are non-refundable.

5. Health and Safety

Please inform your therapist before the session about any:

• injuries, surgeries, or medical conditions,

• pregnancy, allergies, or skin sensitivities.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if there are medical reasons or hygiene concerns.

6. Liability

• All treatments are performed with professional care.

• One Thai Solution Massage is not liable for health issues arising from withheld or incorrect medical information.

• We are not responsible for loss of personal items during your visit.

7. Data Protection

Your personal information is handled confidentially and in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the EU GDPR.
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required.

8. Vouchers and Promotions

• Vouchers are valid for the service and value stated.

• They cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary and the European Union.
Any disputes shall be settled under Hungarian jurisdiction.
